Follow these instructions to replace your phone number with a new one if needed in Windows ME or in Windows 2000 Pro.

1. First, click on the START button, then click on SETTINGS, then click on CONTROL PANEL.

2. Once you are in Control Panel, you want to locate the icon Dialup Networking or Network and Dialup Connections and open it by double left clicking on the icon.

3. Once you have opened Dialup Networking or Network and Dialup connections, single right click on the GlobalNet connection. You should see a pop up menu. Single left click on the properties menu option at the bottom. This should bring you to the GlobalNet properties screen. You should see the phone number listed in here that you are dialing to get our service.

4. To change the number you are dialing you need to remove the old number and type in the new number that was provided to you either by GlobalNet or from our web site. Once you have typed in the new number, click on OK to save the changes. You should be all set to dialup to GlobalNet using the new number.
