First click here to look up your new Local Access Number. Please be sure to write it down as you will need it below.

Now select the type of operating system you have for the instructions on changing your access number in your internet settings.

To find what version of windows you have, you need to single right click once on your My Computer Icon and click on Properties at the bottom. Your windows version should be listed under system near the top of the screen.

If you have a MAC, you need to click on the apple menu and either click on About This Computer, Or About This MAC, and it should tell you your Operating system version.
